The course that we are doing is automation and industrial robotics and that is taking part in Durango, Bizkaia. The requirements to follow the course are having secundary or medium grade. At this grade, we study electricity, computing, neumatic, hydraulic...
At the first course, we learn a lot of things about the previously mentioned matters, the most of the lessons are theoretical but there are practical too. After, at the second course, we have five differents challenges per gruops. Now we are doing a challenge that belongs the automatic asigment. We have 4 differents Robots and we have to link the four programes to work them at the same time. The rest of the challenges are similar, but I can´t speak more about them because we have to discover the others challenges yet.
The goals of the course can be begin working when we will finish the course or start at University carrear realeted about this subjects.
Returning on the subject, we are going to be evaluated on this parts. On one hand, we are going to be market on the groupal job thats going to be evaluated with one note but in the other hand, we are going to do a individual exam related about the project we will done.
The materials that we are going to use are PLS, pneumatic cylindres, sensors... in conclusion, material that are neccesary to make a programme. The skills that requeres this subject is paying atention when you are making a programme and have a good relation with your own group friends, we must be a good group to work together.
We think that this subject in the future will be worth a lot because, nowadays, the companies are being asked about Robots so this going to be our gain from the course. In this way, our final product is going to be a connection between the four PLC´s we are working with, but first we have to make the program of each. When we have done each one then we can connect all the PLC´s in common making another program that shares information between the four PLC´s, for example when you pulse start in one side the other one´s also can start according with the final program we´ve to make.
