Metodology used in the course

The communication is really good in the group, because we meet as for last year.
We have respect to everyone and we express our ideas with trust and everyone is honest, respectful and open with the group. When someone have a problem, he can communicate with free expression to the team.

In team work, team members work together in order win. Individual weaknesses can be minimized trough the efforts of the team. Work is more fun when you are part of team. Obviously is difficult work together all the time and in that situation we split the work and when we have finished each one explain his part of the task. 

Maybe, we have different personalities each partner so all of us contribute to making a good working adaptation, but in our opinion is not a clash of personalitie that makes the group work better because us we said all of us apport something. We think we have support in the group  because if we have any thought the first help we look for is in the group and in the last option is the teacher help.

During this course we have five challenges and for each one we have one month. 

Every challenge have a practice and a teoric exam so we can say that we have a common goal which is passing the course. Our team objective is relating the practice we´ve than during the course with the company. 

I think that working in a team, all of the members learn from the rest, sometimes one of us is better doing something and the other partners can upgrade their level on that matter. Moreover, as we are a team, if someone couldn´t come to class one day, another can do his part of the work.

To resolve the problems, when they appear, we try speak about they and reach an agreement. All of we must give all of our humility when we are triying to understand each other.
